What percentage of your results relies on other people?
If you answered more than 50%, RealTime Coaching™ is for you.
RealTime Coaching™ is a simple, practical approach to working with others. It gives anyone who supervises, manages or advises people an alternative to choosing either a “hard” or “soft” approach to dealing with problems and opportunities. RealTime Coaching is friendly, firm and fair—and it works.
With a simple, practical and valuable approach, this course will help you get from where you are today to where you wish to go. Learn to lead change with better employee engagement, deal with challenging people in a positive way, complete projects that were off track and build trust with those you lead and advise.
Who Should Take This Course?
This program is designed for anyone who relies on other people for at least 50% of their average business results. Emerging leaders, new coaches/managers, high-potentials and directors/executives with a “green” mindset will find this course most valuable.
Regardless of job title, those wanting to get better at improving communication and generating better results when working with others should enjoy this approach.
The course is highly interactive (65%+ of the time invested in participant exercises and scenarios) and the facilitators are trained to challenge, question and encourage the attendees to new levels of awareness and thinking.
